When You Feel Like You Have Lost Yourself

Have you ever looked at your life, and wondered, “When did I stop being me?”

You spend so much time taking care of others, trying to keep the peace, or making sure everyone else is okay that your own needs get pushed aside.

Maybe you carry guilt, shame, self-doubt, or the feeling that you are not enough.

Some experiences can leave deep emotional marks. Rejection, abandonment, painful relationships, emotional trauma, and difficult childhood experiences can shape the way you see yourself.

Your brain remembers the moments that hurt you. It remembers times when you felt unsafe, unwanted, or like you had to change who you were to be accepted.

Over time, those experiences can affect your confidence, your choices, and your relationships.

The parts of you that feel hurt, afraid, or unsure are connected to past experiences.

When we understand where those emotions, beliefs, and patterns began, we can begin reconnecting with who you truly are, and rebuilding your sense of self.
